Per the provisions of Section 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended by HB21-1278, the District may hold meetings of the Board at a physical location or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing.

Las Animas County Health Service District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Las Animas County Health Service District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
